インドのタージマハルホテルムンバイを始め、イタリア、香港、日本の同ホテル・レストランで修行したシェフラホトラによる本格的な北インド料理をご提供しております。タンドリーチキンやシーケバブのタンドールは自家製ヨーグルトをブレンドしてマリネし、炭火タンドール釜でじっくり焼いているからジューシーで柔らか。さまざまなカレーはスパイスリッチで本格的インドの味です。 1986年のオープン以来、多くのお客様に愛される料理とホテルのように落着きある佇まいは、ご家族でのディナーやリラックスした食事など、さまざまな機会にご利用いただいております。

Authentic North Indian cuisine by Chef Lahotra, who worked for Taj Mahal Hotel in India,  in Mumbai, Italy, Hong Kong and Japan. Tandoori chicken and seek kebab are marinated by blending homemade yogurt, and cooked carefully in a charcoal fired tandoor oven. So that makes it juicy and really soft. The various curries are spice-rich authentic Indian flavors. Since its opening in 1986, the restaurant has always been loved for its cuisine and the calmness of the hotel, so it can be used for various occasions such as dinners or a relaxing meal for your family.
